Hi there, my name is Merlin! I am about 8 months old, and I am a previously feral kitten who was living in a parking lot. I can be very shy around new people, but once I am comfortable with you - I am a WILD CHILD! I do take a bit to come out of my shell. I need to be adopted with another cat, or with an existing playful kitty. I LOVE to romp and play. I could chase after feather toys and my ‘Cat Dancer’ for hours and hours and hours. My energy can be a bit chaotic at times, so I need someone willing to play with me and keep me entertained. I enjoy scratching posts and cardboard boxes too!

All this playing is fun, but I do LOVE to be loved, too! I like to give hugs when I am held and to sit on your lap. If you stop petting me, I may gently nibble on your hand to let you know you weren't quite done yet!! I am a very sweet boy who really cannot wait for my own home.

I am neutered, vaccinated, combo-tested (negative), dewormed, and flea-treated. I will go home with some of my usual food, as well as a few of my favorite toys to make my transition as smooth as possible. Merlin is good with other cats and has never been around dogs.
