Blue was found outside with a blue collar on his neck that was too tight and had grown into his skin. It is likely that his former owner abandoned him when he was young and he grew but his collar didn't. Luckily, we rescued him and treated the wounds on his neck. He is a very sweet cat and is now ready to be adopted to a family that will keep him forever. He is neutered and up to date on his vaccines.
