Miss Poppy was found at a local barn a few weeks ago. This baby came up to our volunteer just begging for food.  She immediately started purring & giving heads boops. She had the cutest meowstash! We do have an application process including a vet reference and written landlord permission if you rent.  Home visit may be required.
